1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This document, dated June 22, 2021, governs the legal terms and conditions for the use and access of the website www.lamantachilena.cl (hereinafter "La Manta Chilena", "the Website", or "the Site"). It applies to all contents, services, and transactions conducted on the site.

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY (DHL)

Refund Process

  • You may request a refund within 10 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • Send an email to info@lamantachilena.cl including your order number and photos of the product.

  • Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Once approved, you must ship the item to our distribution center in Chile.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund timeline:

  • Credit card: up to 16 business days.

  • Debit or bank transfer: up to 10 business days.

Exchange Policy

  • You have 90 calendar days to request a product exchange.

  • Email info@lamantachilena.cl with order details and product photos.

  • Product must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

  • If approved, you will receive a digital gift card valid for 90 days.

  • International return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Legal Warranty

If the product is defective, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund within 3 months of receiving it. Email info@lamantachilena.cl with proof of damage.

4. LIABILITY & USER RIGHTS

Users must use the Website lawfully and ethically. La Manta Chilena reserves the right to restrict content or users that violate public morals, laws, or community guidelines.

The Website does not guarantee service availability or permanent operation and is not liable for third-party systems, external links, or payment platform failures. Any double payment will be refunded within 7 business days upon valid proof.

5. CONTRACTING AND PAYMENT METHODS

To complete a purchase:

  • Accept the Terms and Conditions.

  • Add items to the cart.

  • Choose a delivery method and payment option.

  • Review the order summary.

  • Confirm the order.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club (credit)

  • Redcompra or WebPay (debit)

  • Bank transfer to Santander Account No. 001713733977

  • PayPal (for international orders)

Payment gateways are third-party services. La Manta Chilena is not responsible for their functioning.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic and international orders are subject to selected shipping methods. DHL is used for international deliveries. Delivery times vary from 15 to 30 business days.

7. DATA SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY

We protect user data using SSL encryption, secure servers, and strict access protocols. User data is never sold or transferred and is used solely for order processing and customer service.

Users may request data modification or removal at any time per Chilean law (Law No. 19.628).

We never request financial or personal data via email.

8. ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS

Users agree to receive electronic tax documents in accordance with SII Resolution No. 11 (February 2003). Printed copies should meet legal specifications for storage.
