Refund policy

Refunds

• You may request a refund within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.

• Send an email to info@lamantachilena.cl with your order number and a photo showing the product condition.

• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Once approved, you must ship the item back to our Chilean distribution center. International shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund processing time:

• Credit card: up to 16 business days (depending on the bank).

• Debit card or bank transfer: up to 10 business days.

Product Exchanges

• You may request an exchange within 90 calendar days from receiving the product.

• Email info@lamantachilena.cl with your order number and a photo of the item.

• The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

• Once we receive and approve the item, we will issue a digital gift card for the product value, valid for 90 days.

Return shipping for exchanges is at the customer’s expense.

Legal Warranty

If the item is defective, you are entitled to a legal warranty within 3 months of receiving it.

You may choose:

• Product replacement

• Free repair (if applicable)

• Refund
