Delivery times:

Please note that the following delivery times do not apply if the product includes an individual delivery time (for example, pre-order or made-to-order items).

Metropolitan Region: Up to 48 business hours.

Other Regions: Up to 5 business days.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a purchase order. This means we are processing and working on it for dispatch.

Once it's prepared and ready to ship, the shipping company will notify you with tracking information.
