Exchange and Return Policy
Conditions to be met for the return or exchange of a product
The product cannot have been used.
The product may be opened, but must be in its original packaging complete and in perfect condition.
Changes and returns can only be made with the order number.
The process of receiving and approving an exchange and/or return may take up to 10 business days from the date we receive your product.
No refunds will be given for wedding or other gifts.
If the Quality Department certifies that the returned product has been damaged in any way due to any cause attributable to the person who purchased it, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, La Manta Chilena will not grant the refund.
PROCESS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT
You have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to obtain a refund.
You must send us an email to info@lamantachilena.cl with your purchase information, including the order number and a photo showing the product's condition.
In response, we'll guide you through the return process, which will require you to send the product to our main distribution center.
The product presented must be in perfect condition: unused and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
REFUND TERMS
The refund period depends on the payment method.
If you paid by credit card, the refund may take up to 16 business days, depending on the bank.
If you paid by debit card or bank transfer, your refund may take up to 10 business days.
PROCESS FOR EXCHANGING A PRODUCT
To exchange a product you have 3 months from the date of receipt of the product.
You must send us an email to info@lamantachilena.cl with your purchase information, including the order number and a photo showing the product's condition.
In response, we'll guide you through the process to make the change as seamlessly as possible.
The product presented must be in perfect condition: unused, with the label attached in its original packaging.
Once we receive the product, and if it's in perfect condition, we'll send you a gift card for the value of the returned product. This gift card will expire 90 days from the date of issue.
LEGAL GUARANTEE
If the product you purchased is defective, you can claim your right to a legal warranty. This means that within three months of the date of purchase, you can request a replacement, free repair, or a refund.
